Phoenix HDTVs offers a 3-month guarantee on all TV purchases. This includes issues caused during the normal use of the TV.
Phoenix HDTVs does not cover water damage, cracks, shattered screens, or any other damage that is not caused during the normal operation of the TV. If an item is received either damaged or defective please contact Phoenix HDTVs at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2-Year Extended Warranty
Have peace of mind knowing that your amazing TV will be amazing for years to come. Every TV comes with a 90-day warranty but if you want to protect your investment for even longer we offer affordable 2-year warranties. Everything from lines on screen, power issues, pixels issues, and much more are covered. Phoenix HDTVs will replace or fix your TV at no additional cost to you. Ask your sales rep for plan details!
Our standard return period is 7 days from purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in condition equivalent to the condition at time of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges plus a $50 restocking fee.
Phoenix HDTVs reserves the right to test all hardware and charge any additional fees needed to bring the hardware into new, working condition. The standard testing time is 5 business days from when the hardware is received by Phoenix HDTVs. Phoenix HDTVs reserves the right to extend testing time when determined necessary.
Once Phoenix HDTVs has received all of the hardware and tested it, a full refund minus any re-stocking fee will be applied to the original payment method.
